Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities

To maintain quality, efficiency, and consistent turnaround, all B2B laser cutting and engraving projects are custom-quoted and subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs).

Pricing is based on material, complexity, machine time, and quantity.

Minimum Order Quantities

  • Laser Cutting:
    Minimum 25 pieces per design
  • Laser Engraving:
    Minimum 25 pieces per design
  • Cut + Engrave (Finished Units):
    Minimum 25 complete units

Multiple designs are treated as separate minimums.

Repeat production runs using the same approved files may qualify for reduced minimums.

Price-Per-Piece Ranges (Reference Only)

The following ranges are provided to help you estimate costs.
Final pricing is confirmed after file and material review.

Laser Cutting

  • Simple components: $1.75 – $3.00 per piece
  • Moderate complexity: $3.00 – $5.00 per piece
  • High complexity or dense designs: $5.00 – $8.00+ per piece

Laser Engraving

  • Small logo or mark: $1.50 – $3.00 per piece
  • Medium engrave (logo + text): $3.00 – $6.00 per piece
  • Detailed or high-contrast engrave: $6.00 – $10.00+ per piece

Cut + Engrave (Combined Jobs)

  • Simple: $4.00 – $7.00 per unit
  • Moderate complexity: $7.00 – $12.00 per unit
  • High complexity: $12.00 – $18.00+ per unit

File Preparation

  • Client-ready vector files (SVG, AI, DXF) receive standard pricing.
  • Projects requiring file adjustments may incur:
    • A file prep fee, or
    • A higher minimum quantity

This will be discussed during quoting.

Orders Below Minimum

If fewer than the minimum quantity is required, clients may:

  • Pay the full minimum order total
  • Receive fewer units

This ensures production time is covered while allowing flexibility.

Important Notes

  • Pricing reflects machine setup, production time, and quality control
  • One-off samples and test runs are not offered without a confirmed order
  • Rush jobs require premium pricing and availability confirmation
